It all started out at a very young age when my stepfather had his businesses which were bars, go-go clubs and/or strip clubs. Now he had jukeboxes in all of his clubs I ended up getting the 45 records from those jukeboxes. So to say that is where it started with 45 records and vinyl records I used to sit around with two turntables spinning 45 records and vinyl albums for friends and family members and for anyone who would listen. It was something that I enjoyed and I still enjoy today.

So I had all these 45 records and vinyl albums till this day I can't remember what happened to them all. in the course of moving from here to there somehow they got lost in the shuffle , now comes tapes or more to the point cassette tapes which were basically nothing more than a smaller version of the reel to reel which I actually did have one . but I only had a couple of audio reels I think one was Peter Frampton and if I remember correctly another one was of the Doobie Brothers but I can't remember the others so the cassette tape is here vinyl is still around and still strong as ever but then came the digital age. WOW and I remember going to stores and seeing these new CDs the digital age is here , and at that time they were so expensive it was unreal, and I remember seeing the CD players and the CDs in the stores . and thinking to myself I wished I could have one of those but then again at that time I was like 11 or 12 years old so there was no way I could afford something like that wished I could have , I had lived in cities like Columbus Ohio , Tucson Arizona and by the way that's where I was living when the digital age Came About , then I think we move back to Columbus Ohio and at this point I started working doing odd jobs here and there for my stepfather and so on and and so,  at this point I was now able to buy the CD players in the CD and I still enjoyed sitting around playing music for others . now the digital age has gotten even better with the implementation of wave files and MP3 files better known as lame, so now we're at the here and now late 2004 I started with an Internet radio station called Phoenix fire radio they were based out of Long Island New York . the gracious people that owned that station, was Lisa and Keith Gray and they taught me a lot about Dj'ing. .Or should I say how to become a DJ I think it was in late 2008 or somewhere in 2009 , when Keith and Lisa decided to give their baby a rest , now I met some good friends at the station and the ones that stick out the most in my mind is DJ Shawna , D Bic, DJ babe,  DJ Knight, and of course DJ Lisa & DJ hammer who were the owners of Phoenix fire radio which I had a great time at The Station & DJ'Ing For Them, so Me and DJ Knight became Friends his name was grant He started with another radio station called metal meltdown radio , then he decided to go and start his own station and call that mayhemradio , that lasted for a little while. And I guess then he decided that it was too much for him and to Handle & college at the same time so he offered to sell me the station , so I then decided to take on this Challenge and Bring in a co-owner it started out as mayhemradio  now it is mayhemrocks , or better known as www.mayhemrocks.net, we have had our ups and downs  and now we Are  back up again it's going to be a slow climb but we will get there as I think we have an outstanding Internet radio station
